Restrict HR options in Journey

Hello,

We are trying to simplify the Journey experience, by limiting the options available in the checklist level, eg:

But there are two issues here. When the HR clicks on the Explore tab of the Journey, he has the ability to Create Task, as it is shown here:

Is there a way to hide this action?

Also, in the Task Library, when the HR chooses a task to be assigned to the worker's Onboarding Journey, he has the option to choose the performer of the task, even though the assignee is the worker of the Journey:

Can we also hide the Performer's box?
