Summary:

The use case is that user should not be able to set the 'Source Assignment status' from 'On Leave' to 'Active', when creating a Global Temporary Assignment transaction. On Leave status is mapped to SUSPENDED in backend.

Also, set the 'Create Primary Work Relationship' to 'Yes' by default when creating Global Temporary Assignment transaction.
