Summary:

I've created an Applicant Data Analysis that is based on a particular Template. I'm trying to show the question and answer for 1-2 Prescreen questions. If the question is not answered by the applicant, then it should be blank. I've tried the below code, but to no avail. It looks like it is outputting all answers to all questions.
