Auto Approval is not working for journals

Summary:

Supervisory Journal Approval Rule set have been created and the rule is active. Auto Action is set as True but the value is "APPROVE"

However , journals are not getting auto approved.

How can we view the workflow status of this journals for troubleshooting?
