Add skills to a requisition

Summary:

We currently dont have the dynamic skills package, nor do we have any 'job profile types' set up. Only positions profile types. How/can we display the skills section into job requisitions without the above?

I cannot seem to find how we add 'skills' to the 'position profiles'
