Not all Payroll Periods are available in LoV in QuickPay screen for a single Employee

I am unable to select any payroll period other than current payroll period for a single employee in Production while submitting QuickPay.

I am facing an issue in Calculate QuickPay screen for one employee that Payroll Period Name in the list of values (LoV) is showing only current period (where Sysdate falls between period start and end date) but not earlier or future periods. This list should show all future payroll periods that were generated for that Payroll and it goes back till employee hire date. Other employees within same Payroll receiving all future Payroll periods. Not sure what is the issue with this employee alone. Appreciate your help on this if you face similar issue in your project.
