Can we restrict Individual Comp Plan selection based on roles?

Summary: Restrict Individual Compensation Plan selection for requestors based on roles.

Content (required): Recently, our client requested us to restrict the selection of Individual Comp Plans for requestors based on roles. For instance, we have four ICPs defined, and line managers will be able to start all four ICPs for their direct reports depending on the eligibility setup. However, we have developed a special role for Non Line Managers (which give user the access to initiate ICP for any employees). Now, the client wants the special role to be limited to initiating just one ICP and not the other three ICPs. Please confirm whether this can be achieved from a configuration or personalization
