How can I install Oracle Digital Assistant if I've migrated to IAM and IDCS is not available?

We'd like to install ODA for Expense for our customer that is using Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications and IDCS has been replaced by OIC IAM (identity access management).

I've only found a guide to install ODA with IDCS but I've not found anything for IAM.

Can you please help us?
