How to get Balance Data through SQL BIP report in Oracle Fusion Cloud?

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I am trying to pull the balance data (Balance Initialization and Balance Adjustments) from oracle cloud, if you have worked on it or have any SQL or Report, please share it and advice?

Or if you have any other better approach of extracting balance data from Cloud then please suggest?

FYI - I tried using the Payroll_Run_Balances table but its not extracting data for all the balances, its missing few balances. Attaching the SQL I tried, please let me know if anyone has worked on similar requirement, your help would be appreciated.
