Solution which allows HCM users the ability to provide and withdraw consent for their demographic information within Core HR

Content (required):

We are looking for advice on what other customers have done to address the GDPR challenges around consent for demographic information within Core HR. We have a requirement from our data protection team to provide a solution whereby our users can provide and withdraw consent for the demographic information we hold against them. Ideally, when consent is withdrawn we would like to automate a process whereby demographic information is removed, without the need for manual intervention from HR. We are exploring a solution for our new starts using checklist functionality but it is proving difficult to develop a solution for
