Hiding Actions dropdown when a Candidate Job Application moves to a particular phase/state

Page composer customization to hide Actions dropdown when a Candidate job application is Rejected does not get triggered after Save and Close in the Move page.

Need to Refresh/go back to the Job Applications list and back to reflect the customization (Actions dropdown is hidden)

Content (required):

The requirement was to deny "Return to prior state"/"Return to prior phase" actions to the Recruiter when they Reject a Candidate job application. However, using page composer, the only way was to hide the Actions dropdown altogether. I have written the below EL for the same.

The expectation is to hide Actions dropdown after Save and Close. However, the change does not reflect immediately, I have to go back to the Job Applications list, and come back again for the Actions dropdown to disappear.
