Summary:


Content (required): Requirement is to have a control on the visibility of the messages under the subtab of "Messages" in Service Request Object based on the logged in User's Resource attribute.

All the internal discussions done between Operations and IT team are not to be exposed to the SR agents or with any user outside the Operations/IT Team. While, all the messages to be exposed with Operations and IT team.


Please help if anybody has any pointers to achieve this.
