Single Role for SCM/Finance in fusion

Summary:

Hi Team,

I would like to look at the possibility of creating a role that allows inquiry to all data except HR and Payroll.

Can we create such role in fusion?

Also can we add all OTBI subject area duty roles to single role as we dont want to add duty roles to each inquiry role.
