No reflection of product groups and products in authoring page under knowledge offering in oracle B2B.

The product groups and products which I have created is not reflecting in the knowledge offering under authoring area while creating an article in oracle B2B.i also run the content processing and knowledge content batch processing jobs. Is there any other jobs that should be done or any process to do for reflection of product groups and products?
