Next Gen HRHD custom employee role ;Error: Save failed

Privilege for the custom employee role

Hi All,

We have added "Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk User" along with the our custom employee role.

However while creating SR "Error: save failed" is showing to the employee.

In the developer tools checked the issue and the following error was shown

Could any one please let me know the additional privilege that i need to add to the custom employee role to resolve this error
