We have a requirement where Service Request linked articles need to be shown to Technician in OFSC activity form. Can you pls suggest what KM URL need to be specified by leveraging OOTB OFSC KM adapter?

We integrated B2B Km in OFSC application. When we search the article in OFSC knowledge search the links of articles appearing in search results and clicking on links will open article in OFSC UI but we are not able to get the URL of article links in OFSC knowledge search. If these URLs are accessible then we can link these to activity so that technician in OFSC application can refer article inside OFSC application.
