Ability to add Person EIT Information from Job Application to Core HR > Demographic Info

Hello,

Are we able to add an extensive flex field we created for the job application onto the Employee Self-Service interface? For example, I created an EFF question on the application asking if the candidate is a veteran (yes or no). We would like this information to flow over into the Demographic section of ESS.

I also configured a Customer Define Legislative flex field but I am having trouble with the way the fields are listed on the job application and UI. I would like the customer defined field to appear before the Oracle seeded options (picture for reference)
