Hi Experts,

We had a few Elements that were no longer in use, so we end dated those elements using Dec 31, 2021 under Element setup. A few months later, due to company changes, we now need to re-use some of those Elements again.

When I go to Compensation>Element>Select the element say... discretionary bonus>edit>update or correct, the Effective End Date for the element is greyed out and cannot be edited. In addition, I can't delete the record because it's my only record in the system from 1951/01/01 to 2021/12/31, so when I try to delete the record, it will show this error:
