Years Employed Column Based on Hire Date?
Summary:
Looking for a way to include years of service based on original hire date within compensation plan.
Content (required):
Hello,
We have a fair amount of global transfers. When using the "Years Employed" column in the compensation worksheet we see this calculation is based on the Hire Date and not Original Hire Date. This is fine for those participants who have not been part of a global transfer, but for the global transfer, their Years Employed does not reflect their full years of service.
If we want to render years of service based on Original Hire Date, it seems I will need to create a default and override fast formula to calculate the years of service based on hire date, correct?
