How to default an Requisition DFF to the offer?

Summary:

There is a Job Requisition DFF named Assignment Category. We would like to default the Assignment Category DFF that is on the Requisition to the seeded Assignment Category on the job offer.

It is not defaulting with the rule that we created. In addition, we are receiving an error:
