Does the Hot Job Tag actually promote the job on the External Career Site?

Summary:

With this feature enabled, I noticed that it adds the "Hot Job" tag to the job when selected. Does it actually move the job to the top of the search results list, is there is a special "Hot Jobs" widget that we can add to our search results page, or a filter that can be added for selection? In looking at this, it seems to be just a tag that does not drive any functionality.
