Need to remove one value from compensation worksheet filter

Content (required):In performance calibration plan worksheet , one filter on performance rating is applied. Below values are coming in the worksheet

Outstanding
Business want to remove "No value" from the drop down as its not fetching any value. Please let me know how to achieve this.
