Summary:

To prevent employees from having to click the 'expand' button multiple times when on every self-service screen of Oracle we have been working to default the sections to be 'expanded by default', this has worked in all other areas but on the compensation screen unfortunately the screen doesn't render the information held in the section.

Content (required):

This causes confusion for employees as they need to then minimise and re-expand the section for the system to pull through the data (which then doesn't save time as requires 2 clicks + the confusion).

Has anyone else tried this? Are we doing something wrong, it feels more like a bug/defect but if a Product Manager from oracle could review- if this is expected functionality I guess we'll need to raise an Idea, but the theory is if an employee has gone to a page of oracle why do we 'hide' lots of sections by default and then request colleague to click on sections to expand?
