Trying to extract Questionnaire responses from users

Questionnaire Participants REST Endpoints

I would like to extract parcicipants responses to questionnaires using restAPI but the GET returns nothing

Content (required):

The rest endpoint does not give me any questionnaire responses

Could someone explain me how to get this data ? Using publisher I see there is data available but using Rst nothing is extracted
