Need to create NEW RESOURCE ALERT for Journey under Alert Composer

Summary:

Hello team,

I need to create new "RESOURCE ALERT" under Alert Composer for Journey assigned by going through the below path-

Tools->Alert Composer->Add->Resource Alert

Need to make same as "Alert Code-ORA_CHK_CHECKLIST_INITIATED".

I do not want to use the existing one or to make customized template in the existing one.

Note- I am trying to create but facing some issue. Kindly help with the solution.
