Is there a way to restrict users from splitting percentages on a payment method?

Currently employees have an option to split the same payment method.

For example

Payment Method - BACS - Account 1 - 40%

Payment Method - BACS - Account 2 - Remaining Pay

Is there a way to allow users to only have 1 payment method or not allow them to split over two bank accounts?
