How to unfill a job posting?

 We received an error "The candidate weren't added to the selected requisitions.

Content (required):

We encountered an HR error in processing, we withdraw the candidate from requisition. We were going to add the candidate back to the requisition and start the process over. We received the above error and believe the reason why we can not add the candidate to the requisition is due to the HR processing error that caused the requisition to be filled.
