Unable to start instance: Instance is disabled
Hello, I received an email yesterday that my instance is disabled and that I should contact support to get it enabled again, and since I'm on the Always-free tier I can't contact live agents, I followed a few links which landed me here, I hope this is the right place to ask.
I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get this matter resolved. As soon as I regain access to the instance I'm going to take the necessary actions in order to prevent further issues.
