Required a read-only role for the Promotion letter module
Summary:
We need to create a read-only role for the Promotion letter module. Where admin with the read-only roles will be able to download only the letter from administer employees. Also, a Promotion plan should be accessible, not others like a Bonus plan or PMS normalization plan.
