Is there a way to update the GP with the Education, Work Experience and Certifications from SP

Summary: Is there a way to update the General Profile (GP) with the Education, Work Experience and Certifications from Submission Profile (SP)?

Content (required): It seems in the Taleo application, if the agent refers a candidate the Work Experience, Education and Certifications get captured at the Submission Profile but are never carried to the General Profile. Is there a way to manage this?
