AZA - Submit a flow issue with custom role

Summary:

Hi team,

I have created a custom role which has only submit a payroll flow and view flows task. In Submit a payroll flow employee can only submit custom flow. Till here it is working fine but I am not able to see values in the flow parameters for the custom flow. Did anyone faced similar issue, any inputs are much appreciated.
