How to use "BI Publisher based Notification" in assigning Journeys instead of Alert Templates

Summary:

Hello team,

Can we use "BI Publisher Based Notification" in Journeys? If yes, can anyone share how to create custom BI Notification on Journey assigned to employee and how to map that with checklist template?

The reason I am asking is that it becomes difficult to mention tags in Alerts and in BI, it will be easy to show customized content.

I have found that while configuring the Checklist template, we can mention "BI Publisher based Notification" under Checklist templates>create any template (Category-Person)>click on the same>Go to "Message">Processing Mode.

Any help will be highly appreciated!!!
