Customization on BI Notifications not reflecting and no URLS are displayed

Summary:

We are trying to customize BI notification for Onboarding Journeys ,but the changes done are not reflecting on to the checklist. Below are the takeaways

There are three templates present in Shared>HCM>WORKFLOW NOTIFICATIONS.

1) ChecklistTaskCombinedNotification

2) ChecklistTaskperformer

3) ChecklistWelcomeReport

I tried modifying 1) and 3) and tested these notifications .

a) I see notifications getting triggered , out of which one looks like 2) but without exact details/fields . Also these are totally different from the above mentioned templates

b) These notifications that got triggered donot have any links/urls .

Below are the steps already performed :

- Delete the custom Report (you may take the backup)
