Summary: Unable to Access Instance

Content (required): I had an instance running for the past 10-15 days, I was actively using it with a lot of data on it. But, now I'm unable to access it, the cloud console says "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment" under the Instances tab.

I had only a single instance running on the account, and have not breached anything. I was using it for coding and testing.

I can't even opt for paid services now.
