Business wants to add code combination column along with Account in FRS reports. how to add Code combination in FRS report.

I am not finding any clue to add in members or grid.

Question 1 - how to add separate column for Account Description? I am able to add Account or Account with Description in single column. not description separately. Any way to add description in separate column?

Question 2: How to add Code combination column?
