Add 2 Report Measures: Dept Active FTE and Vacancy Rate %

Summary:

I have an Analysis that calculates vacancy rate by department. I need expert advice on how to add two measures to the pivot table. I want to add a measure "Dept Active FTE" (this is the total number of active FTE's in the dept) and add a calculated Vacancy Rate % measure. This calculation is: Open Work FTE / (Open Work FTE + Dept Active FTE) * 100.
