Common Lookup CMP_CWB_CUST_COL_50_LIST, country tags not working

Hello everyone,

For the compensation module we used a user-defined column with the List of Values 50 in order to display the needed information. In our client's case we use this column for the Reason of Increase (for the Salary); however, we would like to have different values according to the country.

For instance, for Germany we would like to have the values Inflation and Default and Promotion option. That is why we added some country tags in the Lookup Codes:

When we enter the worksheet configuration of our plan, we are able to see only the Promotion and Default options. For some reason we cannot see the Inflation option for Germany even though we used the +DE tag.
