Set search results in the Assigned Journey section to the complete list of employees in the HR vis

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to set the search results in the Assigned Journey section to a complete list of employees in the HR's visibility cone.

The default option is to choose one of these filters (Direct Reports, All Reports, Organization) and then search by journey name or person:


Is it possible to set this section in a way that whenever the HR enters the Assigned Journeys tab, he has visibility of the whole list of employees that are in his/her AoR without having to enter the name of journey or the person's name?
