Calculation of absences with a difference of one period in the payroll

Summary:

It is possible to calculate the absences in the payroll with a lag period, that is, that the absences that occurred from November 1 to 15 are applied to the payroll from November 16 to 30

Content (required):

There is a requirement for the payroll to take absences from an accumulation plan with dates other than the payment period, that is, self-service employees request their vacation days for November 17-25, the payroll process must to take these absences for the semimonthly period of December 1-15, is this possible in any way?
