How to add a note to the recipient in a Requisition from stock to stock

When creating an inter-organization transfer in self-service procurement, is there a way to add a note to the recipient who will do the reception of the order?

Requester goes in self-service procurement, and requests an internal requisition stock to stock. He will not necessarily be the one to do the reception of the order. Is there a way to add a note to the recipient? The field seems to disappear when the source selected is stock.
