Summary: We have a number of job requisitions where creator of the job requisitions where the creator is no longer active. Trying to close the Job Requisition.

Now the job requisitions have been moved, but we get his error: "You can't move this offer forward because the offer team must be updated - IRC-1590614"

Content (required): Tried to go in Hiring -> Job Requisitions -> Enter job Req

Click Actions -> Cancel Job Requisition

"You can't move this offer forward because the offer team must be updated - IRC-1590614"

22C - moving towards 22D in 2 weeks.
