Trying to load the SO for PTO item using REST payload , import fails with below error message even though the component is tagged to only 1 option class. below error sounds like the components is tagged to multiple option classes but it not like that in product structure.

An error occurred: The order import process failed for source order Q00009198S001 for the following reason: Cannot find a unique matching configuration node for item 8702374X based on the model definition.. Contact your help desk.

any other issue causes the same error ?
