Bank Account Number Validation

Need validation while adding a bank account number for an employee.

Hello All,
Our customer wants some kind of validation and error message while adding the Bank Account Number (Bank Accounts) for an employee.
Scenario:
If the Payroll / HR Administrator is creating a bank account and adding the bank account number for the employee, and if the Administrator is adding the bank account number as '0123456789' then the system should validate and provide the error like - 'The Bank Account Number should start with "AE". Please enter the valid bank account number'.
