Summary: Hi, I am trying to implement Global Payroll Interface V2 for India monthly payroll. Can anyone suggest on the below scenarios

1.HR should be restricted with payroll element entries for specific time frame which is like payroll elements input cutoff period. How could this be achieved.

  1. can REST APIs be used instead of Global payroll interface V2 to send payroll data to third party payroll vendors. If so, please share a sample API.
  2. How payroll elements are created for automatic entry as monthly recurring salary elements for each employee. I understand it is based on element eligibility but the input values for example base pay would be different for each employee. how is this handled in Oracle.
