Non-Aggregating Statistical Accounts and Weighted Average in Sparse Dims

Ok Team...

We have a variety of Workforce statistical accounts that we want to report out of an ASO Cube (we technically push the data from WF to FS, then report out of an FS ASO cube).

Some of these accounts should not aggregate at all - such as Hours per Day. This account is mostly "8" in all intersections. But if a report is run at a top level, we wouldn't want all the 8's to aggregate to say 4160 hours per day. It should just say 8. But ASO's cannot have Never consolidation properties. Is there some combo of properties that allow that?
