Fast Formulas / Eligibility Profiles

Summary:

Hello, we have created about 35 Fast Formulas and eligibility profiles to use in onboarding Journeys tasks and we have a few that arent triggering, for ex. any that need to trigger from the job being exempt or non exempt. Are there any tips here?
