I have an issue with Oracle CLI on MS Windows 10 (Windows Terminal, v.7.3.0)

I get an error when I execute any Oracle CLI commands, such as:

"oci iam compartment create --compartment-id xxxx --description "teste" --name "any_name"

Although these "errors" are displayed, the command runs successfully.

Even running the "oci setup repair-file-permissions --file C:Users\bern\.oci\oci_api_key.pem" command, the behavior does not change.
