"This Letter is Confidential" in the offer letter section..... RESOLVED!

Summary:

We are currently getting the message 'This letter is confidential' in the section to select the letter template. This only happening for certain reqs but I cant seem to figure out why. I have confirmed that the impacted req letters are contextualized for the correct locations, all the requisition structures are accurate and all mandatory fields are complete in the offer section. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I cant seem to find the culprit!

Resolution Update:

I realize this issue can be resolved by updating the "Letter Used" Offer Field. Apparently my predecessor contextualized that field to certain locations, so I needed to ensure it was available for all countries.
