22C upgrade issue with 'Title (BL)' OBI field
Summary: 22C upgrade caused all reports that contain the field 'Title (BL)' to pull rows for all languages instead of base language only
Content (required):
When we upgraded to 22C, we found all of our reports that use 'Title (BL)' to have multiple rows. It is not honoring base location only, instead if it pulling a row for each language. We have English and German in Taleo. The Oracle fix is in 22D but we are in group C which we just upgraded last week so doing another upgrade immediately and right before Oracle shut-down isn't much of an option. The workaround Oracle gave us was to replace the field with 'Title (ML)' and add a filter on for 'Title Locale
