Average Holiday Pay new UK legislation for casual Employees

Holiday Pay for Employees and Workers Who Work Irregular Hours

We have been implementing Cloud The UK Payroll for one of the biggest charity Organizations in The UK. They process monthly payroll for ‘Contractual Employees’ along with '0' hours Contract Employees( Casual employees). For Casual Employees, we have a requirement that the employee is paid average holiday pay which is calculated based on the overtime being PAID in last 12 pay periods rolling back to 24 months.

Now, as per the New Legislation holiday pay is to be calculated based on the overtime being PAID in last 52 pay weeks rolling back to 104 weeks.

Howdy, Stranger!
